If your order is placed before midday, we aim to post the same (working) day. However, we cannot guarantee this due to busy periods and stock availability.
If an item is out of stock, we will advise and you then have the option to cancel (whereupon we will immediately refund), or wait for a short time until we can ship your order. In this instance, we'll keep you advised.
